Jamie Schwendinger-Schreck is a Senior Project Manager at Watchmaker Genomics, a biotechnology tools company based in Boulder, Colorado. She earned her PhD in Developmental Biology from Yale University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, Berkeley, where she studied somatosensation in mice. Jamie began her biotech career at 10x Genomics as a Scientific Project Manager, contributing to the development of the Single Cell ATAC and Single Cell Multiome (ATAC + Gene Expression) platforms. Since relocating to Kansas City, Missouri in 2019, she has worked remotely with multiple biotech companies. She brings expertise in cross-disciplinary project management, portfolio planning, and agile process development, and is known for bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to fast-moving startup environments.
